Commonwealth Dermatology is an independent, physician-owned private practice. Dr. Sadaf “Sabrina” Waqar is a Board Certified Dermatologist and the Medical Director. She also owns and operates Farmington Valley Dermatology and Surgery in Avon, CT. We offer comprehensive dermatological services to entire families from infants to elderly. Our services include a broad spectrum of medical, surgical, cosmetic and laser treatments for a wide variety of skin diseases and concerns. Dr. Waqar prides herself in offering cutting-edge treatments, in a compassionate and efficient manner. We are the first in State of MA to offer Image Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IG-SRT) for treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers.
