Patrick at John Allan Betta Home Living, Knox was very helpful when I rang asking for details of frost free freezers. I then visited the store and Patrick was again very helpful in showing us the differnt freezers they had and provided a competitive price for a Chiq 166 litre frost free freezer which we purchased and picked up the same day. Patrick also advised me that if I registered the warranty online I would get an extra 2 years warranty making a total of 5 years warranty.
