EAS Homes came strongly recommended by the inspector that did a mold inspection on our house and they were great to work with from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with from owner Evan to Spencer and the rest of the team were professional from the outset. They installed one in-wall dehumidifier (see pictures) and after getting my feedback, they installed the wiring and on/off switch to be very convenient exactly as I requested. They also did a “whole-home” unit on one of the HVAC units as well. Everything has worked great so far, and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

We found mold on the wall underneath the wallpaper and the inspection found the drywall was positive for asbestos and deemed as ACM. EAS knew exactly what need to be done and did a great job. They fixed the issues in a timely and professional manner and communicated with us through the entire process. I hired EAS environmental to remove asbestos contaminated attic insulation from an old house we purchased in downtown Charleston. Spencer was very responsive and fully explained the process and regulations involved with this scope of work. His crew did an excellent job in removal and vacuuming the old attic insulation.
