Scarborough is a town in Cumberland County on the southern coast of the U.S. state of Maine. Two weeks ago, I went to the Mainely Tubs at 415 Payne Road Scarborough, ME 0407. I was helped by a 😊 nice and professional Product Consultant named Laurie Atwood. The whole time I was there she continuely focused on me and what was comfortable to me. I and my family can't wait to get our new Excursions hot tub at our house before the Mother's Day. I was down at the shop about a month ago. I had exchanged several emails with Nick, one of their sales people and set up an appointment. I've never had so much fun spending so much money! He was fantastic! He told me all about the different systems, chlorine vs salt water, and everything the different models could do. He stayed past close to get everything done that day. Highly recommend Mainely Tubs and go ask for Nick!
Kevin, one of there technicians/supervisors came and performed a weekly service this week. Quite frankly I wasn’t sure he would be able to get it clean (it had a tough week of usage/abuse). It looks amazing now ! Very impressed not only with the professionalism, but knowledge and skill in getting this hot tube back in working order. Highly recommend this company!
