If you’re looking for a good repair shop or one thats willing to make things right. Please ask for Chris, him and his crew will get you back on the road.
These guys always do right by me , super reliable and trust worthy. Highly recommend
I made an appointment with Chris at European Car Care in Carrollton, and I can honestly say he is very kind, honest, and professional. His pricing is extremely fair, and I’m so happy I found his shop. He took the time to answer my questions and was very courteous throughout the entire process. I’ll be taking my car to him for a brake job, and I feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands. What really impressed me was that he did not charge me for the estimate. Many places charge for quotes, so I truly appreciated his honesty and customer service.

What European Car Care works on
European Car Care says its main focus is European luxury cars, and it names Porsche, BMW and Jaguar among the makes it services. The shop also says it takes AC and radiator jobs on any make, so a domestic car isn't turned away for that work. Its website lists diagnostics, suspension work and brakes as everyday jobs too.
The shop is also filed under transmission, wheel alignment and auto electrical service. It says its team brings more than 25 years of mechanical experience. It describes running diagnostics before any repair and giving estimates up front, with quotes sent by text.
The shop reports a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on its repairs. That's a handy detail to pass along when you send someone over.
Getting a car into European Car Care in Carrollton
The shop is open 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday, and closed Sunday. Its website says it offers free Uber rides within 5 miles. That helps a customer who can't sit around the waiting room all day.
